College celebrated the Freshers Day on 23/12/2010 in a grand manner. Eswar College right from the first day, it expects the students to take the anchor part in its functions.



The function was organised well by II year as well as III year B.Tech students.

The II and III B.Tech students participated in various programs like singing, dancing, mimicry and drama etc

A skit called " Modern Ramayanam " played by I B.Tech students is the highlight of the program.

III B.Tech ECE students Trained in making ROBO

The III B.Tech ECE Students of Eswar College of Engineering, Narasaraopet were participated in the workshop on "ROBOTIC INNOVATIONS" held at Govt College of Engg., PUNE, Maharastra. All the students were trained in making the ROBO and relavent software.



They had brought the model of ROBO to the college and arranged a SHOW and explained the making of ROBO's and the uses for which it is used at the seminar hall.




Principal, Dr.V. Murthy Rao Khokalay and Secretary & Correspondent Mr. Sk. Kareem congratulated the students and said that the institute is always ahead in encouranging the students in all such academic activities. HOD - ECE Dept. SK.Basheera said that, the final year and mini projects will be taken up on the topic "ROBO". Students and staff were present at the seminar.

ESWAR B ICONS 2KX, A State level M.B.A Students Meet

ESWAR B-ICONS 2KX, a State Level M.B.A Students Meet was organised by the Dept of MBA, Eswar college of Engineering, Narasaraopet.



Dr. M.S. Narayana garu, Professor & Director, PNC & KR PG College, Narasaraopet, was the Chief Guest of the inaugural function. He has presented the key note address and suggested the students that, by improving the communication skills MBA students may get good placement opportunities.




Such seminar will help the students and students should not deviate from the object or goal – said Prof Y.N Reddy garu, Rtd Principal, SKBR College, Narasaraopet, the guest of Honor, quoting the words of ‘vemana’ the philosopher. This type of workshop will provide common platform for interacting with each other and enhance the knowledge of the students said principal.

College organizes all such events for the benefit of students said, Mr. Sharif garu, Director, Eswar College of Engineering. The Convener ESWAR – B- ICONS explained about the events of the seminar. Large No. of students were attended from various colleges all over the state.

Dr.V Murthy Rao khokalay, principal, presided over the function. The paper presentations were held in the forenoon session and the business quiz was conducted during after noon session.

Cash prizes were distributed to the winners & participation certificates were also distributed to all the participants. As a part of recreation, visit to kotappa konda is also organized for all the participants.

Seminar on Students Psychology & Anti Social Behavior

Seminar was conducted for B.Tech & MBA students on Engineering students Psychology and the Anti social behavior on 12-04-10(Monday) at Eswar College of Engineering.

Sri Krishna Bharat garu, Psychologist & NLP Master Practitioner, Guntur was the chief guest of the seminar. He explained how the students (studying especially Engineering and other Professional courses) would behave in their teenage, the reasons, the factors that causing negative type of attitude and the remedial measures to be taken up by the students to develop good personality and a best citizen of India. He remembered the words of Dr APJ Abdul kalam etc. He used MS Power Point presentation to explain the teenage Psychology and Anti social behavior with the help of different articles published in news papers.

"Due to stress on the students, the college organized various programmes to relive the same" said Dr V.Murthy rao khokalay, Principal. Director Sri Sharif and Secretary & Correspondent Sri Kareem, staff and students were present in the seminar.

Students Give Water a Voice Competition in Celebration of World Water Day

In view of the Celebration of World Water Day on 22nd March 2010, our college Announced REGIONAL Contest for Posters, Poems, Stories, & Videos to depict the ‘Life of Troubled Water’ in their community.

Winners were selected based on effective expression and communication of the problem in a creative manner as well as craftsmanship and Prizes were also distributed to the winners.

On this day “students Rally” was organized thro the main streets of Narasaraopet town and A Street play was also conducted by the students with the theme of “the journey of a water drop”.

International Womens Day

HAPPY WOMENS DAY

Our college celebrated International Women's Day on Monday, March 8th 2010.

Famous speaker, advocate Smt. Naseema Rajasekhar garu attended as a chief guest to this auspicious occasion. While addressing she said " The new millennium has witnessed a significant change and attitudinal shift in both women's and society's thoughts about women's equality and emancipation." She also added that the unfortunate fact is that women are still not paid equally to that of their male counterparts, women still are not present in equal numbers in business or politics, and globally women's education, health and the violence against them is worse than that of men.



Our beloved principal Dr.Murthy Rao Khokalay garu said " Great improvements have been made towards women. We do have female astronauts and prime ministers, school girls are welcomed into university, women can work and have a family, women have real choices. And so the tone and nature of IWD(International Womens Day) has, for the past few years, moved from being a reminder about the negatives to a celebration of the positives."

Our College Secretary & Correspondent Sri Sk.Kareem garu said that " With growing literacy and financial independence women feel more empowered today to assert their right to a life of dignity and self worth. The International Women's Day celebrated on 8th March is a universal day for all women around the world. It endows them with a sense of honour, dignity and self respect for being the person that they are. "

All the students, teaching & non-teaching staff attended the function.

Free Water Packet Distribution @ Kotappakonda

Free Water Packet Distribution got huge response...

Our College NSS UNIT distributed Free Water Packets to the Pilgrims on Mahasivaratri (12-02-2010) at Kottapakonda.



About 10000 Water Packets were distributed to People from several places, who visited for the Sri Trikoteswara Swamy's Darshan. NSS Program Officer V.R.Bose garu, Non-teaching Staff Khasim, Silar, driver Kondalu and driver Koteswarao Co-ordinated and distributed in a very good manner.

National Youth's Day 12-01-2010

Youth Day in India is celebrated on 12th January on the birthday of Swami Vivekananda.

In 1984, the Government of India declared and decided to observe the Birthday of Swami Vivekananda (12 January, according to the English calendar) as National Youth Day every year from 1985 onwards. To quote from the Government of India's Communication, "It was felt that the philosophy of Swamiji and the ideals for which he lived and worked could be a great source of inspiration for the Indian Youth."

Our college celebrated National Youth's Day at grand level by inviting most popular personality development trainer Mr. Murali Krishna garu, Associate proffesor, JNTU-kakinada. He is the person, who trained most of the students in many regions all over the world.



In his addressing, he shown many live examples of famous real heroes and delivered a inspiring & motivating conclusion from that. Also he distributed his own written books to all of the students for minimum cost.

All of the students are really enjoyed and inspired from this program.

So we wish our Management and our beloved principal to conduct the programmes like this and encourage us more.

Fresher's Day & New Year Celebrations

New Year Celebrations & Freshers Day Celebrated at grand level @ our college.

We all started a new year in the style of "Eswar college". Along with the new year celebrations as an added flavour we celebrated Freshers day also.

On eve of new year, our college founder Sri Sk.Dada Saheb garu cut the cake and distributed to our respected principal and to other management crew includes Chairman, Secretary & Correspondent, Director and college well-wisher Sri Sk.Hussain garu.



And Coming to Freshers day celebrations, eswar college right from the first day, it expects the students to take the anchor part in the functions. By making this function a big success students prooved there mettle. Congrats for all the students...

PS:- As a black mole for the whole event,1st year IT branch student named "Pavan" fell down from the stairs and got injured. On Behalf of all, wish him a speed recovery and come back to the college soon.
